NGC4565 is a galaxy that we see almost edge on. It has interesting details near the core and the dust lanes along its 100,000 light-year length. The galaxy has a thin disk structure that shows warping at its edges due to an ancient interaction with a passing galaxy. There are numerous background galaxies you can explore.
